30. August 2011, Losing Fat – Day 020
Weight: 147.2 kilos

Breakfast:
Eggs with ham

Lunch
Fishsticks (I know, but that was the only food I could eat at the cafeteria that day)

Dinner:
Some cottage cheese, Spinach.

Losing Fat – Day 015: Weight fluctuations

Weight: 149.4 kilos

Fluctuations in body weight are normal. There are a lot of factors that play into this like amount of food eaten, water loss/retention, bowel movements etc. So I’m not all too concerned about my weight today, what matters is that I lose centimeters in my weekly measurements. Now for the rundown of my day!

Breakfast
Nothing, again. I have to make this a habit, to eat at least 30 grams of protein each morning (that’s about two whole eggs). Why do I need to do this? Let me quote this post. Continue reading

Filet of fish with vegetables and green salad.

Dinner:
Some leftover chicken, wasn’t really hungry.

Losing Fat – Day 007: One week on the Slow Card Diet

Weight: 147.3 Kg

So, it’s been a week since I’ve started SCD and I dropped from 150.0 kg down to 147.3 kg. I feel quite okay and haven’t had any problems during this 1st week. The second week can come. Can’t wait to take my measurements on Saturday, I hope to see changes, even small ones.

Breakfast:
2 eggs and ham with lentils and spinach.

Lunch:
Beef and green beans.

Afternoon Snack:
Salami sticks.

Dinner:
Pork Cuts, tomatoes with mozarella cheese.
