Okay, so on day 10, Saturday the 20th of August, I weighed in at 146.2 kilos. I prepared some binge-day food the night before for my trip to Munich to watch a football (soccer for you Americans) match between FC Bayern München vs. Hamburger SV. I prepared one large Pizza and Cordon-Bleu for the 4 hour long train trip to Munich.
The match was very entertaining with my favourite football club, Bayern München, winning the match easily with 5:0. Anyway, I wasn’t going rampant with food during the day, I was always on the move and only had time to stuff myself during the train rides.
After arriving back in Zurich I headed to the small birthday get together to which I was invited to by my good friend Oliver (happy birthday bro). There I had some excellent brownies and a really tasty white-chocolate cake. A lot of alcoholic beverages were drank that evening until early in the morning. But this is the bad part of it: I extended my binge day to Sunday as well. It must’ve been a mix of not sleeping for almost 24 hours and then only having 4 hours of sleep and a crapload of alcohol, which led me to just eat the bad stuff on Sunday as well. This Monday morning, I weighed in at 149.9 kilos. It’ll be interesting to see how my third week on the slow carb diet will be affected by this blunder.
