Losing Fat – Day 015: Weight fluctuations

25. August 2011

Weight: 149.4 kilos

Fluctuations in body weight are normal. There are a lot of factors that play into this like amount of food eaten, water loss/retention, bowel movements etc. So I’m not all too concerned about my weight today, what matters is that I lose centimeters in my weekly measurements. Now for the rundown of my day!

Breakfast
Nothing, again. I have to make this a habit, to eat at least 30 grams of protein each morning (that’s about two whole eggs). Why do I need to do this? Let me quote this post. Continue reading

Losing Fat – Day 001: Starting out good, added PAGG and cold pack

11. August, 2011
Weight: 148.50 kg (stayed the same, I ate lots of dinner the last evening)

Breakfast:
Leftover meat from dinner with white soissons-beans and spinach.

Lunch:

Grilled Turkey breast with peas and green beans and a side of green salad with tomatoes and a large Mineral Water (already ate the salad).

Dinner:

Cut chicken breast with spinach and soissons-beans. Made some leftovers for breakfast.

I felt a bit sluggish today, but I’m sure it was because I only slept 4 hours. Sleep is an integral part of losing fat, if you don’t get enough you won’t burn as much. I’ll double my efforts to get at least 8 hours of good sleep.

As for the diet: I’m not having any problems eating the same few meals everyday. The cafeteria has a different menu for every day making it quite bearable. I also found myself craving some of the bad stuff, but telling myself I could indulge on Saturday got me through the day.

And finally, my order of a 2 month supply of PAGG arrived yesterday as well as a large cold pack to alternately cool my upper back/shoulders and chest 10 minutes each. I have yet to add the cold showers. I will take my measurements on Saturday morning instead of Sunday.

2 days to go until binge-day!
