So I haven’t been posting much for the last couple of weeks and I guess I won’t be able to post anything for the next two weeks either since I’ll be in Mexico on vacation!
Anyways, I’m still on the Slow Carb Diet, down to 145.0 kg and lost about 30 cm over all body measurements…I’ve also got feedback from friends that they do see some change, so I can still go on. I’ve started hitting the Gym as well since I’ve hit a plateau really early, weight hasn’t changed much in the past couple of weeks but at least I’m still losing my centimeters!
I hope I’ll be able to start posting daily updates after my travels in Mexico!
Fluctuations in body weight are normal. There are a lot of factors that play into this like amount of food eaten, water loss/retention, bowel movements etc. So I’m not all too concerned about my weight today, what matters is that I lose centimeters in my weekly measurements. Now for the rundown of my day!

I watched the football match between FC Zürich & FC Bayern München today, live at the Letzigrund Stadium. Zurich was giving it their all, but they simply had too many failed passes added to their almost non-existent midfield. Mario Gomez netted the ball at the 7 minute mark after receiving a great through ball by Thomas Müller. At first it looked like an offside goal, but the replay showed that it was very tough to see if it was one or not. Now, on to my diet! Continue reading →

I didn’t eat any breakfast, I was still feeling full from the binge-days. Lunch consisted of various meats on a skewer with broccoli and tomatoes. For dinner I had some cottage cheese and salami sticks only.
